- At least 30 minutes WITH YOU on a telephone or Skype call
- Two editing sessions working on your spreadsheet, based on our phone conversation, to make that spreadsheet do what you want it to do
- Fix some mistakes that you might have inadvertently made
- Maybe even add some line items for you; such as additional Flat Rate Activity items, an additional line for Leader or Assistant expenses, or some Gifts for local helpers
- I designed the spreadsheet so I know it very well
Please make sure I have the BEST email address for you, the one that you check most frequently (I say this because some people use a different email address for PayPal, etc., than they do for their regular email — which is exactly what I do).
Send me an email (email@example.com) with your costing analysis worksheet (Microsoft calls it a spreadsheet) along with any preliminary questions. Make sure you are using the latest version.

I will then email you with the Subject line Budget help “phone call”?. This is so we can schedule either a phone call or set up a Skype call. It is in this call that we will discuss what you want done to your spreadsheet.
